Let’s start with some history. Before this site was nonsense, who had computer networks. That is, individual mainframes connected people (because there were no personal computers yet) with the wires so they could talk to each other. PC arrived and began to connect offices in a building PCs together so they could talk. Then something truly revolutionary: the people connected to a network of offices to another. And behold, the base of the Internet as we know, was born.
