Web design is a very broad term which includes a lot of details. In simple terms web design is used to create a web site. A web site is nothing but a collection of online content which includes documents and all sorts of applications that can be seen on a web server. It also contains images, text, animations, sounds and lots more.

For a website to be attractive and informative the web designer should be an expert to design the site in such a way that it is well received. So, a web designer has a tough job in front of him. He should be a real expert to design it smartly, because he should not only have his focus on the pleasant appearance of the page, but he also needs to look into the information part of the site, and most importantly the technical aspect as well, so that he can deliver the right web page design.
